SEO · AEO · GEO for B2B SaaS

Your buyers stopped scrolling.
They started asking.

The shortlist is no longer built on page one. It is assembled inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews — before a single tab opens. We make sure your product is in that answer, and we show you the receipts every month.

The problem

Ranking and being recommended are now two different jobs

Most SaaS teams are still only doing the first one, and cannot see that they are losing the second.

01

You rank, and still never get named

Position three for your category term, and the AI answer above it recommends four competitors and not you. The click was gone before the result loaded.

02

Impressions climb, demos do not

Traffic reports look healthy because they count informational queries that will never buy. Nothing in the deck separates a reader from a pipeline.

03

Agencies bill for activity, not outcomes

Twelve blog posts a month, a rising “domain authority” score, and no answer to the only question that matters: did a buyer find us and act?

04

Nobody can tell you what the engines actually say

Ask your current provider what ChatGPT replies when a buyer asks for alternatives to your biggest competitor. Most cannot tell you, because they have never checked.

What you get, every month

Three workstreams, running at the same time

Content earns the position. Citations earn the recommendation. Measurement proves which of the two is moving. Run one without the others and you get a plateau.

Revenue pages

Comparison, alternatives and use-case pages built for the queries that appear at the end of an evaluation, not the beginning. The pages a buyer reads with a card in hand.

Earned citations

Placements on the listicles, review sites and niche publications that the AI engines actually quote when they build a shortlist. Earned on merit, never bought from a network.

Open measurement

A live dashboard plus a monthly report covering all seven engines: who gets named for your buying questions, which sources they quote, and exactly where you stand.

In every plan, at no extra cost

  • Full technical audit in week one, with the fixes ranked by what they are worth
  • Live dashboard you can open any day, not a PDF that arrives on the 5th
  • Search Console joined to AI engine data, so clicks and citations sit side by side
  • Your writers or ours — we brief, you approve, nothing publishes unreviewed
  • Every asset is yours — pages, briefs, data and contacts leave with you
  • A named strategist on email and Slack, not a ticket queue

Pricing

Published, flat, and countable

The deliverable counts are fixed and written down, so you can check what you got against what you paid for. No “scope to be agreed”, no hourly drift.

Measurement

What we hold ourselves to, and when

Compounding work is slow before it is fast. These are the checkpoints we agree up front, so “is this working?” has an answer that neither side can fudge.

Month 1
  • Baseline taken across all seven engines
  • Technical blockers found and ranked
  • First revenue pages live
Month 3
  • Measurable movement on target buying queries
  • First earned citations indexed and quoted
  • Answer-share against named rivals charted
Month 6
  • Named in AI answers for your core category terms
  • Revenue pages carrying qualified demo requests
  • A compounding citation base, not a one-off spike

Fit check

We are not right for everyone

Saying so on the website saves us both a call.

A good fit if…

  • You sell B2B software with a considered, researched purchase
  • Buyers compare you against named competitors before they ever talk to you
  • You can give a reviewer and a publish route inside a week
  • You are judging this over two quarters, not two weeks

Not a fit if…

  • You need pipeline this month — buy ads, they work faster
  • You want volume: fifty thin pages a month to hit a content quota
  • You want links bought from a network — we do not place those
  • Nothing can go live without six weeks of legal review

Questions

Before you book

How is this different from the SEO agency we already have?

Most agencies optimise for a blue link and report on rankings and traffic. That is still worth doing, and we do it. The part usually missing is the answer layer: whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or an AI Overview names you when a buyer asks who to use. Those answers are built from sources the engines trust, which is why earned citations sit alongside content here rather than being sold as an add-on.

Can you actually influence what an AI engine says?

Not directly, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing. What you can influence is the evidence those engines read: the comparison pages they quote, the review sites and roundups they cite, and whether your product is described clearly enough to be picked up accurately. We measure which sources each engine quotes for your buying questions and work on those specifically. That is a lever, not a switch, and we report it as one.

How long before we see something?

Technical fixes can move things within weeks. New pages typically need six to twelve weeks to settle. Citations compound from month three. If you need pipeline inside thirty days, paid search is the honest answer and we will say so on the call.

Is there a long contract?

A 90-day initial term, because nothing meaningful can be judged in less. After that it is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. Your pages, briefs, data and contacts are yours throughout and leave with you.

Who writes the content?

We do, unless you would rather your team did — in which case we brief and edit. Either way a named person on your side approves everything before it publishes. Nothing goes live unreviewed, and no page ships with a claim we cannot source.

What do you need from us?

Search Console and analytics access, a route to publish, and one person who can approve a page within a few days. That is genuinely it. Programmes stall on approval bottlenecks far more often than on strategy.
